SELF CARE
Self-care is so important! Remember to take care of your physical and mental health.
How?
Physical Self-Care: Exercise, diet, and getting proper rest is the foundation physical for self-care.
Mental Self-Care: Attend emotional needs by talking to ADULTS and examining problems with an adult who is objective (not involved in the problem).
Let go of self criticism, get off social media, get out doors, participate in healthy activities that you enjoy (music, walking, painting, sports, clubs, etc.)
